Dear ScubaZone

We are truly sorry to hear of your experience during your recent stay and would like to extend our sincerest apologies to you.
Your comments were indeed noted on your file upon check out that you tripped in the loft area however we did not hear that you had injured yourself.
We have never had any issues in the past with our Tower Suite and have reviewed the room set up and the possibility of downsizing the King to a Queen. Unfortunately the bed can not just be moved over as the whole headboard and unit are attached to the wall. The window you show does have a curtain to black out the light and lights in the area.

We actually do offer daily housekeeping service so not sure what occurred that you did not receive this. Our apologies in this regard.

We hope you enjoyed the beauty of Jasper National Park during your time here.
