โรงแรมบรรยากาศดี กว้างขวาง เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แต่วันที่เข้าพักมีกรุ๊ปสัมมนาหลายกรุ๊ป จึงทำให้คนค่อนข้างเยอะ อาหารเช้าวุ่นวายมาก พนักงานที่อยู่เค้าเตอร์ชากาแฟโบราณทำค่อนข้างช้า และพนักงานให้บริการไม่ทั่วถึง ส่วนห้องอาหารชั้น 48 บรรยากาศดี แต่อาหารได้ช้ามากถึงมากที่สุด สั่งไปตั้งแต่ 19.00 น. ถึง 20.00 น. ยังได้อาหารแค่อย่างเดียว ทั้งๆที่สั่งไปแค่ 2 อย่าง ไม่เคยเจอรร.ไหนทำอาหารช้าขนาดนี้มาก่อน แต่พนักงานมี service mind ดีมากกกก ต้องขอชื่นชม ส่วนพนักงาน check in หน้าตาไม่ค่อยรับแขก แต่ใจดีอัพเกรดห้องให้ มีการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ โดยรวมโอเค อยากกลับมาพักอีก แต่ก่อนจองจะต้องโทรสอบถามรร.ก่อนว่ามีกรุ๊ปสัมมนาหรือไม่
