ห้องพักราคาไม่แพง ที่ Facilitie คุ้มค่ามาก มีสระว่าบน้ำ ออนเซ็น โต๊ะสนุ้ก บรรยากาศริมทะเล มองเห็นเกาะลอย พระอาทิตย์ยามเย็นดีสุดๆ อาหารบุฟเฟต์ตอนเช้า ถือว่าหลากหลาย ครบเครื่องมากๆ โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าดีคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่ได้เลยครับ ขอติเรื่องที่จอดรถที่ลำบากไปหน่อย แต่ดีที่มีหลายชั้น แล้วก็เรื่องรอเช็คอินนานมาก แต่เข้าใจได้เพราะคนเยอะมาก ส-อา ได้เลท เช็คอินก็โอเครครับ

ไปพักมาวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ที่ไม่ได้ติดวันหยุดยาวหรืออะไร เวลาเช็คอินที่แจ้งไว้คือบ่าย 2 โมง ไปถึงพนักงานแจ้งว่าจะอัพเกรดห้องให้ เพราะห้องยังไม่เสร็จ อะ ก็ไปกินข้าวรอ (ตรงนั้นคือมีแขกรอเต็มเลย ทั้งที่บ่าย 2 แล้วแต่แขกยังตกค้างเข้าห้องไม่ได้เพราะห้องไม่เสร็จอยู่เยอะมากๆ) เรารอไปจน 4 โมงกว่าถึงจะได้ห้อง ห้องดี วิวดี สะอาด เครื่องใช้ในห้อง facility โรงแรมดี มีสระว่ายน้ำที่วิวสวย มีห้องซาวน์น่า มีแช่ออนเซ็น เสียอย่างเดียวที่เวลาเช็คเอ้าท์ไม่ตรง เลตไปเยอะมากกกก ต่อให้โรงแรมจะบอกว่าห้องพักเต็มทุกห้องเลยเตรียมห้องไม่ทัน แต่มันก็เลตเกินไป คือทุกอย่างดีอะ ยกเว้นเรื่องแม่บ้านไม่พอ

อยากจะชื่นชมฟร้อนคนหนึ่งอ่ะ เราจำชื่อนางไม่ได้ นางรู้ว่าปัญหาตอนนี้คืออะไร คนเยอะ เช็คเอ้าท์เลท แล้วลูกค้าโวยวาย แต่นางก็แบบพยายามอธิบายดีมาก ขอโทษพวกเราอย่างดีว่ามีแขกเยอะ เลทเช็คอินนะคะ แล้วเขาก็แนะนำให้พวกเราไปเที่ยว หรือใช้บริการของโรงแรมได้เลย ในขณะที่คนอื่นๆ ยังตั้งใจอยู่กับหน้าคอม ไม่สนใจจิตใจลูกค้าคนอื่น เค้าไม่ได้อยากได้ไรหรอก เค้าแค่อยากให้คุณสนใจ ใส่ใจพวกเค้า ไม่ใช่ปล่อยให้เหมือนอากาศ ไม่ยุ่ง ปล่อยให้รอเวลาเช็คอินอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น
ส่วนเตียงเสริมขอตินิดหนึ่ง เตียงแข็งมาก นึกว่าจะรองชั้นให้อีกสักหน่อยก็น่าจะดีค่ะ ส่วนเรื่องอื่นๆ ดีมากอาหารอร่อย
