ห้องสวย สะอาด เป็นสัดส่วน มีครัว มีตู้เย็นใหญ่ มีเตาไฟฟ้า มีเครื่องซักผ้าในห้องด้วย ทีวีมีหลายช่อง รองรับลูกค้าหลายประเทศ ห้องน้ำพอใช้ได้ วิวสวยมาก พนักงานดูแลดีและเป็นกันเอง ถามอะไรตอบได้หมด ที่จอดรถเยอะ

อาหารเข้า ต้องขอใช้คำว่า ไม่ได้เรื่องครับ ไม่อร่อยเลย มิโซะ เค็มมาก
เบคอน ไร้รสชาติ ขนมปังก็ไม่อร่อย
แก้วสกปรกปก ไม่ใสสะอาด (ตรง bar น้ำเปล่า และน้ำผลไม้)
มีส่วนที่แก้วใส สะอาด แต่แก้วสกปรก ไม่ใส เอามาวางให้ใช้งานได้ยังไง
ส่วนทุกอย่างในโรงแรมประทับใจ ถ้าอาหารเช้าดีกว่านี้ จะกลับไปพักครั้งต่อๆไปแบบไม่ต้องคิดมาก
แต่อาหารเช้าไม่ได้เรื่อง ทำให้เดินทางไปศรีราชาครั้งต่อไป ผมควรมองหาโรงแรมอื่น

ไม่มีการเช็ดถูในห้องเลย ทั้งๆที่อยู่เกือบเดือน ของใช้ในห้องน้ำครบบ้างไม่ครบบ้าง บางทีก็ลืมเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอน ต้องขอให้เปลี่ยนให้ โทรหาฟร้อนท์สายว่างแต่ไม่รับสายบ่อยมาก เวลาอยู่ข้างนอกโทรเข้าโรงแรมสายว่างแต่ไม่มีคนรับเลย หรือสายไม่ว่างตลอด บางทีโทรเข้าก็โดนตัดสายทิ้ง

ชื่นชอบ ห้องอาหาร Atara Sky Bar & Bistro ซึ่ง อยู่ชั้น 48 ของโรงแรมแห่ง นี้ บรรยายกาศ ดีมากๆ ดนตรีสด เล่นไพเราะ และที่สำคัญสุด คือประทับใจ เจ้าหน้าที่ ของห้องอาหารแห่งนี้ น้องวรรณภา (วรรณ) น้องกวินนา (เรน) และ น้องอมรรัตน์ (แอ๋ม) ซึ่งคอยต้อนรับ ดูแล ลูกค้า น้องๆ มีความสุภาพ ย่ิ้มแย้ม ใส่ใจลูกค้าที่ มาใช้บริการ ยังห้องอาหารแห่งนี้ เป็นอย่างดี
