มีโอกาศมาศรีราชาหลายครั้งแต่พึ่งได้ลองมาพักที่นี่ครั้งแรก (ได้โปรงานททท) บรรยากาศโดยรวมของที่นี่จะไปทางresidence มากกว่าความเป็นโรงแรม ห้องพักมีขนาดเริ่มต้นที่ใหญ่ (คล้ายห้องคอนโด)
..ห้องที่ครอบครัวเราพักคือ 1 bedroom seaview อยู่ชั้น 20 เห็นทะเลวิวเกาะลอยและสวนสาธารณะ
...ห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำและ washlet ของtoto น้ำอุ่นน้ำเย็นปรับเร็วไม่ต้องรออาจจะต้องระวัง
...สระว่ายน้ำมีขนาดใหญ่ แยกสระเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ชัดเจน ส่วนกลางอยู่ชั้น 5 มีฟิตเนส ออนเซ็น และ kids club มีพนักงานคอยดูแลตลอด
...ร้านอาหารอนู่ชั้นเดียวกับล๊อบบี้รร. เรามีโอกาสได้ทาน บุฟเฟต์ดินเนอร์ซีฟู้ดและอาหารเช้า ในส่วนมื้อเย็นเราเซอร์ไพรส์ที่มีอาหารอินเดียและเชฟอินเดีย อาหารอินเดียอร่อยมากกลิ่นเครื่องเทศไม่แรง ซีฟู้ดกินแค่กุ้งต้มและหอยนางรม (ขอติเรื่องการทำความสะอาดหอยนางรม มีเศษเปลือกหอยที่มาจากกะเทาะติดอยู่ในเนื้อหอย เรากิน 4 ตัวเจอทุกตัว) มื้อเช้ามีอาหารหลากหลายปกติเหมือนรร. แต่มีความอร่อยมากถ้าเทียบกับรร.เพื่อนบ้านใกล้ๆกัน 555 มีชีสบอร์ด น้ำเต้าหู้ปาท่องโก๋และชากาแฟโบราณใส่พวง (เวลาสั่งต้องบอกพนง.ว่าหวานน้อยมากๆๆๆเพราะสูตรที่เขาชงหวานมากเกินไป) มีชาอินเดียด้วย อันนี้เลิฟมาก

เป็นโรงแรมที่มีความพร้อม ต่อการพักผ่อนมาก ปกติไป จะใช้เวลาอยู่แต่ในโรงแรมแล้วไม่ได้ออกไปไหนเลย มีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส ที่ซ้อมกอล์ฟ ออนเซน ตลอดจน คิดส์คลับ เหมาะสำหรับ ครอบครัวที่มาพักผ่อนแล้วมีกิจกรรมร่วมกันมากๆ ส่วนของการต้อนรับตั้งแต่ฟร้อนท์ ครั้งนี้เจอคุณ หิน บริการดีมาก อธิบายรายละเอียดโรงแรมและที่พักเป็นอย่างดี เจอหลายครั้งก็ทักทายอย่างเป็นกันเอง ด้วยความอบอุ่นมากๆ ห้องพักไม่ต้องพูดถึงดีมากๆๆ พักมาตั้งแต่โรงแรมเปิดใหม่ๆ มาตรฐานดีเสมอต้นเสมอปลาย เพิ่มเติม พนักงานน่ารักมากๆ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลดีมากติดกับสวนสาธารณะริมทะเล มีออนเซนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ห้องกว้างขวางสะอาดและเห็นวิวทะเลเต็มที่ สตาฟห้องอาหารเช้าบริการดีมาก อาหารเช้าบางอย่างเปลี่ยนเมนูไปเรื่อยๆทำให้ไม่จำเจ ชอบมาพักมี่นี่เพราะไม่ไกลจากกรุงเทพฯ

มาพักบ่อย ทุกอย่างโอเค แต่มาทีไรเจอแขกพักเต็มตลอด มันก็เลยค่อนข้างวุ่นวายหน่อย เท่าที่เจอและอยากให้ปรับปรุง คือ ห้องอาหารเช้างเพราะคนค่อนข้างเยอะ จะเจอปัญหาเรื่องอาหารหมด เติมไม่ทันอยู่ตลอด กับลิฟช้า น่าจะแบ่งลิฟเป็น High-Low zone ไปเลยค่ะ แต่โดยรวมเทียบกับราคา เป็นโรงแรมที่ facilities ครบ ดี ห้องใหม่สะอาด พนักงานบริการดีมากในทุกๆ ส่วน ประทับใจค่ะ
