โรงแรมสวยมาก สะอาดมาก ทันสมัย พนักงานทุกคน ทุกแผนก โดยเฉพาะ front desk น้องน้ำ ดูแลดีมาก. มาพักที่นี่ครั้งที่ 2แล้ว ถ้าครั้งหน้ามาเชียงใหม่อีกก็ยังคงพักที่ SYN Boutique Hotel เหมือนเดิม ชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก😊

เป็นโรงแรมที่เน้นความสะดวกสบาย ทันสมัย ห้องจัดได้สวยงาม และสะอาด พนักงานมีความเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าดีมาก สระว่ายน้ำกว้างใหญ่ จัดบรรยากาศได้สวยงาม น่าว่ายน้ำทั้งวัน ห้องพักมีเตียงขนาดใหญ่มาก กลิ้งไม่ตกเตียงแน่ๆ ส่วนห้องน้ำในห้องพักขนาดใหญ่มาก ผนังเป็นกระจกใสแจ๋ว ใสเห็นโล่งจนกลัวว่ากลางคืนจะเผลอชนผนังกระจกห้องน้ำ

โรงแรมสวยและสะอาดมาก ห้องกว้างขวาง เตียงใหญ่ ที่นอนและหมอนนิ่ม นอนสบายมาๆ มีสระว่ายน้ำเปิดตั้งแต่เช้าจนถึง 22.00 น. ที่จอดรถต้องอ้อมไปจอดชั้นใต้ดินที่ต้องเข้าตรงคนละฝั่งกับหน้าโรงแรม แต่ก็ไม่เป็นปัญหา เพราะมีเจ้าหน้าที่และยามดูแลบอกทางตลอด พนักงานดูแลดีและสุภาพมาก แต่มีจำนวนน้อยไปหน่อย การขึ้นลงลิฟท์ต้องใช้คีย์การ์ด มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

อาหารเช้าเฉยๆ ไลน์อาหารน้อยไปหน่อย เมนูไข่อร่อยดี เมนูก๋วยเตี๋ยวควรปรับปรุง แคปหมูเหนียว สระว่ายน้ำเล็กไปหน่อย ลานจอดชั้นใต้ดินควรปรับปรุงอย่างมากในเรื่องของแสงสว่าง ห้องนอนไม่เก็บเสียง facilities ในห้องน้ำดี สบู่และแชมพูกลิ่นหอม โดยรวมเหมาะกับคู่รักมากกว่าครอบครัวเพราะพื้นที่ห้องไม่กว้าง อยู่ในตัวเมือง เดินทางสะดวก
