We know you have a choice when it comes to staying at hotels and it is great to see that you choose to stay at Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport again!
Indeed WellTravelledBison, at times of large exhibitions and city wide events rates in most hotels increase, also in our hotel. This is common practice nowadays, no matter when we talk airlines, hotels, or holiday parks.
Regarding the exceptional sleeping experience; the Garden Sleep System beds are indeed unique and highly appreciated, as you will note from the comments on this website.
A different high quality comfort mattress from "Serta" is available in the next door Hilton Frankfurt Airport, you might want to try this bed on your next stay in Frankfurt as we can defintely recommend this full-service hotel. In general you will find that the rates there are higher than in the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport, a "focused service" hotel. Both hotels receive excellent feedback, and offer great value for money at Frankfurt Airport. You will note that also that location is exceptional and very convenient, no matter if you travel by plane, car or train.
WellTravelledBison, we are sorry to read that you experienced a delay in your service and apoligise for this. The Restaurant team members are praised in general, especially for their friendliness. I would appreciate if you contact me, or one of our Hotel Duty Managers immediately if you would ever need to wait again for "almost an hour" for a single course, that certainly is a highly exceptional experience at our hotel and not acceptable.
