Thank you for our recent TripAdvisor review. I am pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay with us and recognized our team member who went out of their way to make your stay memorable.
I obviously acknowledge as well the areas where we have mentioned being under par and I can only take those as good feedback to continuously improve ourselves specifically when it comes to buggy service due to the Resort size, it is indeed challenging at time but must be addressed nevertheless. I also apologies for not greeting you but perhaps you have been misinformed by the team member in question as I was on holidays during your stay with us. Nevertheless, I would indeed humbly accept lessons from my team members on how to interact, such comment is a credit to their attitude and I sincerely thank you for it.
However, I will have to disagree on prices levels and correct some erronated information. Our transport charge per person to go to Chaweng is BHT 200 and not BHT 2000, if you however wish a private transport into one of our private vehicle, we do charge indeed BHT 2000 as it is both way for us, unlike a taxi. Our Food & Beverage prices our in line with all other major 5 star hotels on the Island as we are very careful in not overcharging, but it is true that it is on the expensive side comparing with local outlets, but such in the case to most destination in Asia.
Once again Mr Leon, many thanks for your post and review and I certainly look forward in welcoming you back so I shall have the opportunity to show you that I am not such an arrogant person afterall.
