It is regretful to read that you had a disappointing experience with our services. Thus, we wish to take this opportunity to clarify some points raised in your complaint.
Firstly before going to your room our team double check if the room was perfectly fine before we send our guest I sincerely apologize that you've waited the technician to open the room.Me and my team immediately send the technician to assist you regarding your TV problem.
Secondly the Kids Pool is closed during your arrival before we renovate the it to make our guest more satisfied with the service. But we promise you on the next day that it will be open.
Thirdly the kids club is open from 8:00-17:00 hrs everyday, yes we closed it earlier an hour before on the day you came.
However, whilst it was a pleasure to read the above comment, we were very sorry to learn that your stay with us was not up to your satisfaction. Please rest assure that your feedback means a lot to us.
