Thank you once again for allowing me the opportunity to offer our sincerest apologies in not being able to host your wedding in February 2025.

It is most regrettable that we were unable to meet your expectations along with the terms and conditions of your special day. We understand the importance of this once in a lifetime event and hence why the decision was not made lightly.
 
The resort aims to deliver a memorable and professional service to all of our valued guests. Please be assured that we use negative feedback to reflect and improve to continue to deliver on our promise of genuine Outrigger hospitality.

Whilst I do understand that this unfortunate situation significantly impacted your wedding planning and caused you unnecessary stress, we do hope that you have now found your dream location and that your special day is everything you dreamed of.
