ทำเลที่ตั้งติดชายหาด มีบริเวณกว้างขวาง ต้นไม้ร่มรื่น และมีการดูแลสถานที่สะอาดเรียบร้อยดีมาก พนักงานสุภาพมีอัธยาศัยดีและช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มใจ ห้องพักมีการปรับปรุงใหม่สะอาดดี อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย สปาตกแต่งสวยงามมีบรรยากาศและนวดดีมาก แนะนำให้จองตั้งแต่วันเช็คอิน สรุปประทับใจมากและจะกลับไปอีกแน่นอน

มาพักhyatt หัวหิน ช่วงต้นเมษา 2565 คนพักมาก พนักงานน้อยเลยทำให้บริการช้า ไปหมด ขอดี พนักงาน บริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม อาหารเช้าดี ราคาอาหารใน รร ไม่แพง ความสะอาดดีมาก
ข้อเสีย 1 ที่นอนไม่มีtopper ขนห่าน ผ้าปูไม่นุ่ม 2 ที่พักไกลจาก lobby มีผู้สูงอายุไม่แนะนำ
3 สระว่ายน้ำสกปรกมากเท่าที่เคยพักมา
4 แอร์เสีย
5 ผมมี voucher ที่ซื้อมา 11 ใบ ใช้1 ใบ ตัดขายขาดทุน ประมาณ30% อีก 10 ใบ
6 fitness เล็ก
7 ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะในห้อง ,slipper ก็คุณภาพไม่ดี
8 มาพักแล้วไม่ได้ ฟิวของการพักผ่อน ใน รรที่เป็น chain เหมือน รร local ทั่วไป

พาน้องหมามาด้วยดีมากๆเลยค่ะ เว้นแต่คนเยอะไปนิด ตอนลงทะเบียนยืนรอคิวนานไปหน่อย
ที่จอดรถไกลไปหน่อย รถบริการไม่เพียงพอ
ห้องพักดีเยี่ยม คนบริการดีเลิศ ทุกคนมี service mind ดีมาก
การจอง The Barai ไม่ค่อยมีคิวค่ะ อาจจะเพราะคนเยอะแหล่ะ ยังไงจะไปพักอีกแน่นอน
