Thank you for your recent stay with us and your opinion. We are truly upset for the score you give to us but we could see that it was a misunderstanding of our location, our concept and our service. Therefore, please let us share the fact from our side as below;

It is clearly that you got our location wrongly in the first place. Our resort location is clearly stated on our website or other media that we are in Sai Yok district. You can also check our coordinates at 14.307281, 98.979687 .

Regarding the free internet, we are sorry that the heavy rain hits and damage the cable line of the telephone company in that area. However the telecommunication got it changed the day after. Please understand that Internet is part of our complimentary service and we do not charge for it. However, we are sorry for such accident which could happen when there is a heavy rain even in the big city like Bangkok.

We are a little bit surprise and think you may not know or get a wrong info that this is a floating resort before you chose your stay. Our resort is really floating on the flowing River Kwai. It is unlikely to have boats commuting in such early morning because it is not the main route for people to commute but only our tourists. We will again talk to the boat drivers to slow down their engine while passing by our floating resort and this should minimize the shaking concern.
