Thank you for your feedback and we have made an extensive investigation of your comments. Our establishment has been in operation for about 3 years now and our team has been maintaining all aspects of the hotel to the highest level and standards. The hairdryer that we installed has a safety cut off feature when it gets too hot, hence the reason why it gets cut off. The hot water system is controlled by 2 knobs (Hot and Cold) which simply by turning both in order to get to the right temperature that one prefers, with our hotel being full that week there was non-comment about no hot water available. Our breakfast is now pre-plate serving for the main entrees whilst the rest are self-serviced with a closed lid or capped jar or bottle such as the non-dairy milk selections and fruits. This the new norm of serving during this pandemic for freshly and hygienically cooked breakfast rather than buffet setting which we have stopped since Jan 2020, however, there are 5 choices of entrees from Asian to European. Our hotel also supports no plastics and therefore the morning fruits are in closed lid glass miniature jars and were never in plastic cups. As for the spa, our team is handling this matter with the operating company though we have just recently opened it without any problems or issues until now and we do appreciate for highlighting these matters to our management for rectification.
