ชอบบรรยากาศและอาหารเช้าซึ่งปกติจะไม่ค่อยได้ทานในห้อง ช่วงโควิดมีนโยบายไม่นั่งทานในร้านจึงได้ทานอาหารเช้าที่ห้องบนที่นอน ประทับใจครั้งแรกที่ได้มาพักเลยค่ะ

เคยมาทานห้องอาหารที่โรงแรมมาหลายครั้งและชื่นชอบค่ะ รอบนี้เลยมาลองใช้ Staycation ที่ห้องพักและได้ว้อยเชอร์ทานอาหารด้วย ห้องพักดีค่ะ แต่ห้องอาหารที่ต้องการจะทานมีจัดงาน ซึ่งมาทราบทีหลังค่ะ เราก็ไม่อยากจะต้องกลับมาอีก เลยใช้ห้องอาหารอื่นแทน พนักงานหน้า Front พูดจาไม่ค่อยดี พูดหางเสียงใช้คำว่าจ๊ะจ๋า เหมือนเป็นเพื่อนกัน ซึ่งเราเป็นลูกค้าค่ะ เข้าใจว่าอาจจะเพื่อความเข้าถึงง่าย สนิทสนม แต่เราฟังแล้วรู้สึกว่าเหมือนไม่ค่อยให้เกียรติกันค่ะ ด้วยน้ำเสียงด้วยค่ะ โรงแรมมาตรฐาน 5 ดาว ไม่ควรจะใช้คำพูดและน้ำเสียงแบบนี้นะคะ ส่วนตัวไม่ชอบ และการตอบคำถามหลายอย่างไม่ดีเลย ควรปรับปรุงมากๆนะคะ

นอนโรงแรมได้บัตรกำนัลสำหรับทานอาหาร 3500 บาทซึ่งคุ้มค่ามากได้ทั้งนอน
ห้อง Executive Suite วิวดีมาก ห้องกว้างมาก แถมยังได้เงินไปกินอาหารฟรีเกือบทุกห้องอาหารของโรงแรม
ประทับใจมากค่ะในความคุ้มค่าที่สำคัญเตียงนุ่มมาก

กับโรงแรมสไตล์นักธุระกิจในย่านใจกลางเมือง เเค่ 5 นาทีจาก BTS พร้อมพงษ์ กับราคาช่วงนี้เริ่มต้นแค่ 1,000++ เป็นโรงแรมค่อยข้างใหม่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ห้องใหญ่พอตัว มีบาร์ สระว่ายและห้องอาหารที่มองเห็นวิวไม่แพ้โรงแรมห้าดาวเลยที่เดียว
คะแนนสำหรับโรงแรมนี้ผมให้ 9/10

ประทับใจตั้งแต่เดินทางมาถึงหน้าโรงแรม ดูสบายตาดี พนักงานบริการดี ตั้งแต่พนักงานเปิดประตู จนถึงพนักงานตรงเคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน ตอนจองโรงแรมเขียนระบุไว้ว่าอยากได้ห้องสูง วิวสวยๆ พนักงานก็เลือกห้องให้อย่างดี พอขึ้นมาถึงห้องพัก ประทับใจอีกครั้ง เพราะห้องกว้าง อุปกรณ์อำสวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีให้ทุกอย่างจริงๆ ซึ่ง K.YU HK จัดเตรียมห้องไว้ให้อย่างดี นอกจากห้องพักดีแล้ว พอตกกลางคืนก็มีโอกาสได้ขึ้นไปนั่งดื่มเครื่องดื่มบนดาดฟ้า ชั้น 35 บนนั้นวิวสวยมาก มองวิวได้แทบ 360 องศาเลย เหมือนที่นี่เค้าคิดมาดี คือมีให้ลูกค้าทุกอย่างแล้วจริงๆ ปล.อาหารที่สั่งมาทานจากห้องอาหาร รสชาติเค็มไปนิดนึง แต่ยังทานได้อยู่ และให้มาเยอะมาก คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไป (ให้คะแนน 9.5/10 หักรสขาติอาหารไป 0.5)
