บริการดีมากค่ะ เตรียมทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยดี จัดการรวดเร็ว สะอาด พนักเยอะ ดูแลเตรียมสิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการได้ดี ครบถ้วน จัดระเบียบเป็นสัดส่วน ว่าต้องติดต่อประสานยังไงกับพนักงานท่านใด ชัดเจน มีหัวหน้างานคอยดูแลความเรียบร้อย ประสานงานต่อให้ลูกค้ารวดเร็ว เรียบร้อยดีมากๆๆ ค่ะ

พนักงานให้บริการไม่สมกับเป็นโรงแรม 5 ดาว ไม่มี welcome drink ให้ตอนเช็คอิน โรงแรมกับ BTS พร้อมพงษ์เดินค่อนข้างไกล ไม่มี shuttle bus ให้บริการ โรงแรมไม่มีที่ฉีดก้น เช็คเอ้าเรียบร้อย ไม่มีพนักงานแม้แต่คนเดียวสอบถามหรือเรียกแท็กซี่ให้ แท็กซี่หน้าโรงแรมเรียกก็ไม่ไป น่าจะรอแค่แขกต่างชาติ ต้องเดินออกไปหน้าถนนใหญ่ถึงจะได้แท็กซี่

Thanks for sharing your experience at our Marriott Marquis Queen's Park.
For what pertains to your experiences, we have a walk through from the hotel through Benjasiri Park, which then only takes 5 minutes. The access (next too Goji Kitchen) is open from 5am to 9pm and in addition we have a complimentary shuttle from 7am to 11pm, that drops off and picks you up at the Emporium Mall. I am very sorry that you apparently were not aware of this as it would have surely made for a much more convenient and enjoyable stay. We will use your comments to share with our team and reinforce the importance of this important. Rest assured I will correct this immediately. I appreciate you letting me know of this!
