Thank you for your kind reviews and comments on the penalty for the loss safety box key. We actually provide a safety box in all guest rooms as complimentary which can easily be operated by guest self-coding. However, some of our guests would like to keep their valuable belongings at the Hotel safety box at the Front desk which we can also provide it for the guest on complimentary basis. The Hotel safety box at Front desk office is operated by 2 keys, one is the master key which we are holding it and another key which will be given to guest. These 2 keys need to be turned at the same time in order to open the safety box. In case, the guest lost the key, we need to change the whole set of that safety box lock which I do hope that you will understand that Hotel cannot be responsible for this extra costly expenses.
Upon using the Hotel safety box at Front desk, our Guest service team always provide a safety box usage form for the guest to fill in and the condition of 6,000 Baht penalty for the case of loss key is clearly stated on the form and informed to the guests.
