First of all, Please allow me to apologize for disappointing experience at our Penthouse Grill Restaurant. We take all your comments seriously and have taken steps and actions how we can prevent such an unexpected experience from happening. We have spoken to the team regarding the sequence of service and also we started to re-train our service team in properly way about food recommendation also beverage service in order to prevent unexpected situation as you mention.
