Thank you so much for coming to spend the Songkran holiday with us, and I am happy to hear you enjoyed the accommodation and view. However, I am sorry for your experience in our restaurant last Thursday evening, and the negative impact it has had on your review and feeling towards your stay.
Indeed it was a busy period, however this is certainly not an excuse for the delayed delivery of food from our kitchen. I have personally been working with the team in the days since to rectify the shortcomings in service from that evening, and I am confident we have rectified the issue.
