Thank you for your time to give us a constructive criticism, we really do appreciate it. I must apologize that it has taken me so long to provide you with my feedback. First of all I must apologize on behalf of my airport representative to make you wait such a long time at the airport. First impression is extremely important to us so we try our best to make our airport shuttle transfer as efficient as possible. Our airport representative staffs have been trained to call for the Shuttle driver right away as soon as they pick up anyone of the guest.
