Thank you for your feedback on your last stay at the Phachara Suites.
We have well noted that you have enjoyed the good sized suite with its modern facilties and pool as well as the overall location.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of keycards provided during your stay. The number of keycards is indeed provided as per standard as per number of registered guests for our guests' comfort and it seems we had a very unfortunate and exceptional shortage of keycards for a few days not allowing us to give out more than 1 key per room. Please rest assured that this was an exceptional case only and that all has been put in place to ensure it will not occur again.
Proper information and follow up should have been nevertheless provided to our guests during that time to avoid any disappointment and we sincerely apologize for the shortcoming which does not reflect our usual high standards of service.
Regarding the noisy AC in the room, kindly be informed that a complete preventive maintenance programm is in place to ensure all air conditioning systems are regularly serviced. We will request our Maintenance team to follow up and ensure all AC's are working smoothly as per standard. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention.
