In the meantime, I acknowledge your comment about the mini bar in the guestroom that was not cold enough to store your fruits. I fully empathize with your feelings. Allow me to transparently share that all hotel mini bars are usually set at a standard temperature to maintain the items chilled. Nevertheless, I have asked our Director of Engineering to review the setup of the mini bar in case it is possible to bring the temperature further down upon guest's request to safety store fruits and avoid such inconvenience in the future. I trust this will bring you comfort and reassurance that your feedback matters to me and my team.
