Dear kalawao,

Thank you for your recent stay with us. I am sorry to learn that we could not live up to your expectations.

I apologize for the inconvenience with the noise, which I believe is caused by the nearby construction site. We could easily relocate you upon a request to a quieter side of the building. Indeed the hotel just opened and there was a case with unstable hot water flow for which I apologize. I can assure you that it has been fixed. The cleanliness has been addressed with the team and we continue to work on improvements.
