As a limited service hotel, we do not provide welcome drink. However, we do have little touches to make our guests feel at home such as a surprise birthday cake for guest staying with us on their birth day.
Our key focus as an "Express" brand of IHG is to provide the best quality for quinessentials needs such as clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, and strong wifi on complimentary. We even go a step further by providing complimentary breakfast to all guests.
I understand that you were expecting more hot food items. We actually provide a simple breakfast spread for our guests to get a quick bite before they start their day. We definitely encourage our guests to explore the city and enjoy the gastronomic cuisine Bangkok offers. Can't really do this if you had a very filling breakfast.
Apologise that you had to wait for your seat at our breakfast room. The room is usually crowded during peak breakfast hour. I strongly recommend a grab and go breakfast and have it at our rooftop garden where you can enjoy the peace and quiet while having your breakfast.
