From your note on the room was not ready at the arrival, we would like to apologize on the inconvinience that had cuased. We have done the investigation and found that our Housekeeper had been noted your problem experience from the first room, so that he was trying to ensure that the second room need to be a problem free by spending time to get the room in everything in working order. However, the communication had not been proper handling to the Front Office where we have been taking the corrective actions in order to prevent this incident to be repeated.
We do hope that you had enjoyed the rest of your stay and do hope that we would have chance to welcome you back.
