Your feedback is much appreciated, especially so as you are a returning guest and I am always keen to hear one’s comments so that we may know where to do better and what can be improved. Ultimately, of course, with the objective to ensure a most enjoyable stay for our guests.
We receive many positive comments on the Bellman and Front Desk, among others, as can be seen from comments elsewhere on this platform, and as such it is truly unfortunate that we have given you no such impression. On the upgrade, I completely understand that, despite the fact that it is always based upon availability of a higher room category, an upgrade is usually expected anyway. Then, when the hotel is unable to provide it, due to very high occupancy for example, as was the case here during your recent stay, that this is a cause for disappointment. My apologies for this but on this occasion we really did not have a higher category room available for you.
Your comments on the breakfast are very well received and I have meanwhile shared these with our F&B team. This certainly will boost the motivation and it is great to see that our efforts are paying off.
