หลังจากปิดให้บริการโควิด-19 ไปหลายเดือน กลับไปใช้บริการในวันแรก (2 ก.ค.63) ได้ทราบว่าเป็นแขกคนแรกของโรงแรมด้วย General Manager มาทักทายต้อนรับอย่างเป็นกันเอง พนักงานทุกคน (ย้ำว่าทุกคน) ให้บริการแบบดีมาก ทั้งหน้า Front ห้องอาหารยามาซาโตะ ห้องอาหาร Up & Above (คุณสันติ และคุณหลิว) บริการดีให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับอาหารต่างๆได้ดีมาก
ในส่วนของห้องพัก ได้รับการอัพเกรดจาก Deluxe เป็น Corner Deluxe ห้องพักใหญ่ มีเจลแอลกอฮอลล์และหน้ากากผ้าวางไว้ให้ใช้ด้วย ตอบรับ New Normal ห้องสะอาด ภายในห้องพักมีเครื่องชงกาแฟ ชุดสำหรับชงชาเขียว ขอน้ำแข็งเพิ่มได้ ภายในห้องพักมีน้ำดื่มให้เยอะดี
ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปอีกแน่นอน ขอขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคนนะครับที่ให้การต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกเป็นอย่างดี

โรงแรมดูแลดีมาก ๆ ค่ะ ทั้งในส่วนของการจัดงานเช้าและเย็น ประสานงานให้เราเกือบหมด
งานเย็นเราเองไม่ได้ใช้ออแกไนซ์ ทีมของโรงแรมเป็นคนรันคิวงานให้เราตามที่เราแพลนมา ... เตรียมอุปกรณ์ ดูแลเครื่องดื่มให้ทางเราด้วย อันนี้สำคัญมากค่ะคือเรื่องอาหาร แขกที่มาร่วมงานทุกคนบอกว่าอาหารอร่อยมาก ดีมาก อาหารเยอะโรงแรมไม่หวงอาหารค่ะ แถมยังกลัวเราจะไม่ได้ทานข้าวมีเสิร์ฟไว้บนห้องให้อีก
สำหรับใครที่กำลังโรงแรมจัดงานแต่งงานเราแนะนำให้มาที่นี่เลยค่ะ

เข้าพักในเดือนที่โรงแรมตกแต่งด้วยธีมลาเวนเดอร์ ชอบมากๆ
ห้องพักใหม่ สะอาด วิวดี
พนักงานบริการดี
อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย
อาฟเตอร์นูนทีเซ็ต สวยงามมาก แต่รสหวานแบบที่คนไทยชอบ
เทียบกับที่เคยกินที่ญี่ปุ่นแล้ว คิดว่าทางโรงแรมสามารถทำให้อร่อยได้กว่านี้
ไม่ค่อยมีเวลาได้อยู่ที่โรงแรมมากนัก เพราะมีเหตุด่วนของครอบครัวต้องออกไปธุระ
ซึ่งดีมากๆ สามารถกลับมาตอนดึกมากๆ ด้วย bts ทางออกแทบจะตรงกับทางเข้าโรงแรม
สะดวก ปลอดภัย สุดยอดทำเลจริงๆค่ะ

เป็นโรงแรมที่บรรยาดาศดีมากๆค่ะ ห้องพักเห็นวิวกรุงเทพใจกลางเมือง เดินแค่ไม่กี่ก้าวยากบีทีเอสเพลินจิตก็ถึงโรงแรมแล้ว สะดวกมาก ห้องอาหารเช้ามีอาหารหลากหลายอละคุณภาพอาหารดีมาก ในห้องพักมีชุดยูคาตะที่น่ารักมาก
