Please accept my sincere apology on behalf of the team for the inconvenience caused on your dining experience. Rest assured, will share to the respected Department Head to review with the team and ensure similar issue will not happen again in the future. I was glad to know that Khun Yui extended professional service and turned it into positive experience. Will definitely share it to her as it is always motivating for our team members knowing their hard work being acknowledged by our guests.

พนักงานน่ารักมาก มีความตั้งใจบริการดี ได้อัพเกรดเป็นห้องพีเมียร์ลุคใหม่ ห้องพักสะอาด สวย ทีวีจอใหญ่ แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ บุฟเฟต์ตอนเย็นหลากหลายมาก มีทั้งซีฟู้ด อาหารไทย จีน อินเดีย อิตาลี อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟต์ก็หลากหลาย โดยรวมประทับใจ มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีก
