เทคเเคร์ตลอด อ้อยังลืมไปไม่ได้เลย ขึ้นมาคือดจอน้องพนักงานต้อนรับ น่ารัก พูดเพราะ เเนะนำดีมาก phing nutta เเนะนำเพื่อนๆมากันเยอะๆๆนะคะ

โรงแรมเพิ่งรีโนเวท อุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างใช้ง่าย และทันสมัย โดยเฉพาะทีวีสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับมือถือได้ง่ายมากๆ ห้องสวย วิวดี มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยเยอะ อาหารตอนเช้าอร่อย หลากหลายมากที่สุดที่เคยเห็นมา พนักงานที่ห้องอาหารเอาใจใส่และให้บริการดี แม้ลูกค้าจะมีจำนวนมากก็ตาม อยากเดียวทีาอยากให้ปรับปรุงคือ การบริการของพนักงานรีเซปชั่น อยากให้เอาใจใส่ลูกค้า และอธิบายสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่จำเป็นกับลูกค้าสักนิดนึง อย่างเช่นลิฟต์ เพราะลูกค้าต้องมาสอนกันเอง

คู่เราได้เดินทางมาเพื่อพักผ่อนก่อนแฟนเดินทางกลับอเมริกา เลือกที่พักใกล้ใจกลางเมือง ทำเลย่านประตูน้ำเพื่อตั้งใจได้เห็นบรรยากาศอีกมุมที่แตกต่างไปของกรุงเทพฯค่ะ ต้องบอกว่าไม่ผิดหวังค่ะที่เลือกที่นี่ เพราะการบริการพิเศษตั้งแต่ไปถึงพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับ คุณแพทตี้ ดูแลเราตั้งแต่การเช็คอิน ดูแลยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสพร้อมแนะนำบริการต่างๆของรร.ได้อย่างดีครบถ้วนตลอดจนถึงการดูแลพิเศษของรร.คุณแพทตี้ก็ได้ดูแลเทคแคร์อย่างดีมากค่ะ เราจองห้องพักแบบexclusive ไว้จึงได้ใช้บริการพิเศษของทางรร.ที่ชั้น32 เพื่อดื่มด่ำบรรยากาศดาดฟ้าเพื่อชมวิวกรุงเทพฯและทานอาหารที่นี่ เรายังได้รับการบริการที่เอาใจใส่และกันเองกับลูกค้ามากๆค่ะ ประทับใจพนักงานโดยเฉพาะคุณป้อม และคุณส้มโอ พนักงานบริการด้านเครื่องดื่มและอาหาร ที่คอยถามคอยใส่ใจและดูแลอย่างดีมาก เราประทับใจสุดเป็นการบริการที่ไม่คาดหวังว่าจะได้รับเหมือนเราได้มาดื่มด่ำและพักผ่อนจริงๆค่ะ สำหรับห้องพัก สะอาด สวย และอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ทำให้เราสองคนผ่อนคลายจากการเดินทางกลับมาจากการท่องเที่ยว ได้มาพักผ่อนจริงๆค่ะ รร.นี้แนะนำค่ะว่าไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอนค่ะ ปล.ห้องพักสะอาด ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบาย พนักงานทุกส่วนให้การบริการที่ดีประทับใจ ห้องพักวิวสวยได้เห็นทิวทัศน์ใจกลางเมือง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน อาหารและเครื่องดื่มอร่อยและรสชาติดีเลิศค่ะ

เป็นโรงแรมที่ทำเลดี ใกล้แหล่ง Shopping เสื้อผ้า ใกล้ สถานนี Airportink ราชปรารภ เดินทางสะดวก ห้องพัก กว้างสบาย มีอุปกรณ์ครบ สะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย มีบริการหลากหลายทั่งห้องอาหาร สระว่ายน้ำ Spa สระว่ายน้ำบรรยากาศดี มีสระให้เด็ก ด้วย พนักงานดูเป็นมิตร ตั้งแต่หน้า ประตูโรงแรม Front และ พนักงานในส่วน Exclusive lounge ที่ให้บริการด้วย รอยยิ้มที่สดใส ให้บริการด้วยความเป็นมิตร ตอบคำถามต่างๆด้วยความใส่ใจ พนักงานเห็นจากป้าย ชื่อน้อง Chompoo กับน้อง Som-o 2 ท่าน นี้ บริการดีเยี่ยมมากครับ เอาใจใส่ ค่อยให้ความช่วยเหลื่อเรื่องต่างๆได้ดีมาก ครับ แนะนำเลยครับ ถ้ามีโอกาสมาประตูน้ำ มาพัก ที่ Amari Watergate bangkok^_^ แล้วคุณจะชอบในบริการแบบไทยๆที่เอาใจใส่ แขกทุกคนครับ
