Firstly, I do apologize for the issues with the two rooms of your party being allocated in different towers and for the waiting time to resolve this issue. As you pointed out this was not a smooth check in one anticipates for when traveling with children. During the period you were staying with us we were running high occupancy which may explain why it took a while for finding the right room. Nonetheless, we should certainly have assigned the two rooms correctly before your arrival.
I have also taken note of your comments in regards to the delivery of housekeeping items, as well as the comment in regards to the complimentary drinking water and will take this up with the respective departments.
Your detailed description of our residences is greatly appreciated and hopefully will provide readers a better understanding of our product. Our 2 and 3-bedroom residences, the room category I assume you stayed in, indeed offer lots of space to provide family members with their privacy. The 4th floor facility deck that accommodates the restaurant, swimming pool, garden, fitness center and kid’s club is also idea for families to relax after a busy day out in the city.
