Thank you for your comprehensive review of our hotel services and facilties. We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed your stay here while attending a conference.
Unfortunately, you mentioned that your colleague was re-directed to another restaurant for breakfast during your stay. May we just clarify that during high occupancy, we sometimes open up additional breafast buffet venues so that guests are not kept waiting and can quickly be seated. Perhaps this was not communicated well enough and we apologize.
As for lighting, we do have various levels of lighting throughout hotel depending on venue, purpose and ambiance setting. If there was an area that you felt was insufficient or inconvenient, please let us know so that we may review the settings again. We appreciated your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.
