I am truly sorry that your stay this time wasn't as great as previous time and have noted all your feedbacks for further improvement. We have just organized our parking lots this week in order to have more spaces for our guests, but I am sorry again for inconvenience of the lift or any access to the parking lot due to the building structure. Bathtub is very limited in the hotel and only available in some of our Superior Rooms. I also apologize in regards of overall room quality that didn't reach your expectation, but hope we could prepare this better in your next visit. My sincere hope is that despite the disappointments of this stay, you will visit us again in the future so we may have an opportunity to redeem ourselves and restore your faith in our hotel.
