Thank you for your comment about our location, we would like to apologize for your inconvenience cause. It’s interesting to know that you experienced difficulty getting to the hotel, as ‘location’ is one of our strong selling points. Most local taxi drivers know this area quite well as it is in the central business district and our building is located just about a hundred meter away from the main road (Ploenchit Road). There’re also many sub-streets to reach the hotel to avoid busy traffic in rush hours. Moreover, the Chidlom skytrain station and famous shopping mall – Central Chidlom is right in front of our street.

By the way, thank you again for bringing this issue. We are looking into it seriously and will find out how we can do to make your future stay more convenience. We really appreciated your value feedback and look forward to serving you in the near future.
