I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for sharing your experiences at our hotel on Trip Advisor as we welcome all comments which allow us to maintain our high standards of comfort and service.
We were delighted to learn that you liked our hotel design, location, facilities and room amenities, particularly the rain shower, as many guests give us extremely positive feedback regarding these.
May I offer my sincere apologies for the aspects of your stay that did not live up to your expectations.
All Department Heads have been reminded to ensure that the standard of our products and services are delivered seamlessly at all times and I will be investigating why your soap was not delivered to your room without prompting.
With regards to your air conditioning our Engineering team has attended to this matter and I thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Due to your comment about being disturbed we have revised the schedule of the daily pool service so that the comfort of our guests is not compromised, especially during the early hours.
Our hotel runs a constant care program ensuring the condition of the property is maintained to a high standard and I will be discussing with my Engineering Manager the necessary action needed in any areas we deem it necessary.
We have not received any negative feedback as to the choice available for breakfast and again have received much praise for the cooked to order options we offer. I regret that you did not find this to be the case.
I would also like to inform you that our bar prices are commensurate with hotels of a similar standard to ours in Chiang Mai.
