I am disappointed to learn that the hotel location, facilities in the bathroom did not meet with your expectation. Please accept my sincere apologies for these inconvenience cause.
Regarding to the nozzle in the bathroom and varieties of breakfast that you have experienced, please be ensure that I will share your comments with Housekeeping department to record your comment for our future room renovation. For varieties of breakfast I will address with Executive Sous chef to look into the breakfast menu for the future improvement.
