ตอนแรกคาดหวังกับเครือ Centara ไว้มาก แต่พอเข้าพักก็เริ่มเข้าใจว่านี่เป็นโรงแรมที่แบบว่าอยู่ในเครือแต่อาจจะเป็นระดับล่างๆมั้ง โรงแรมเล็ก อยู่ในซอยถนนแคบ อาหารเช้ามีน้อยมาก ที่จอดรถอยู่ชั้นใต้ดิน ห้องพักเล็กมากตรงนี้แหละที่ไม่ประทับใจเลยเพิ่มเติม

ห้องพักสะอาดตามาตรฐานเครือเซ็นทารา พนังงานเอาใจใส่ดูแลดีมากค่ะ มี welcome drink เป็นน้ำกระเจี๊ยบด้วย
ที่ชอบที่สุด คือ สระว่ายน้ำ เป็นเหมือนน้ำเกลือด้วย ทำให้ไม่แสบตาแสบจมูกเหมือนสระคลอรีน หลานชอบมากเล่นน้ำทั้งวันเลย

ที่พัก อยู่ในซอยค่อนข้างลึก ไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ไม่มีรถมาเอง
ห้องพักสะอาด แต่เตียงนอนไม่ค่อยสบายเท่าไรและห้องค่อนข้างมีกลิ่นอับเล็กน้อย
โรงแรมไม่ใหญ่มาก พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี
ที่จอดรถโรงแรมอยู่ชั้นใต้ดิน เวลาเอารถเข้าไปจอด จะชอบชนใต้ท้องรถบ่อยๆ

We have checked the room you stayed in and have deep cleaned the drainage in the shower, which we believe is the smell you comments, so all back to normal. We offer free buggy service to our sister hotel, 400 meters closer to the beach, every day so the ones who do not prefer to walk can use. The trip takes only 2-3 minutes and will get you closer to all restaurants, bars, shops and from there it takes only 8-9 minutes walking to the beach. Thank you again, and I remain,

จองห้องพักจากเวปของเซ็นทารา เพราะต้องการให้ทริปได้รับข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วนและเตรียมการล่วงหน้า เนื่องจากมีเวลาน้อย และไม่คุ้นกับเส้นทาง แต่เมื่อโทรถามทางกับโรงแรมตามเบอร์ที่ได้จากเมลล์คอนเฟิร์ม กลายเป็นว่าโอนสายไปมา จนสายหลุดหลายครั้ง เมื่อมีคนรับสายกลับหาบุคกิ้งไม่เจอ ทั้ที่งที่จ่ายเงินไปแล้ว สรุปว่า เบอร์ส่งมาให้เป็นคนละโรงแรม ซื่งทำให้หงุดหงิดมาก พอไปถึงโรงแรม ที่ขอไว้ว่าเราจะเช็คอินตอนเที่ยงซึ่งได้รับการยืนยันมาในเมลล์ ทางโรงแรมกลับลืมแถมบอกว่า รอได้ไหม ถ้าไม่ได้ก็ค่อยกลับมาใหม่ นี่นะหรือโรงแรมแบรนด์ดัง น่าจะมีการอบรมพนักงานให้มากกว่านี้ ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนดี อาหารเข้าหลากหลาย แต่ติดตรงบริการนี่ล่ะ

จากชื่อและราคา ได้ไปใช้บริการเพราะได้ส่วนลด ห้องใหญ่ สะอาด และสะดวกสบายมากครับ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันดี เสียที่แขกที่มาพัก เป็นกลุ่มชาวต่างชาติที่ส่งเสียงดังหน่อย
ด้านการเดินทาง สะดวกมากครับ สามารถเดินไปอัลคาซ่า และเซ็นทรัลได้ สำหรับคนที่ชอบเที่ยวช่วงกลางคืน ก็ไม่ไกลจากแหล่งท่องเที่ยวครับ
ด้านบริการ มีฟิตเนสซึ่งค่อนข้างใหม่ สะอาด มีผ้าเช็ดหน้าและเช็ดตัวด้วยครับ มีสระว่ายน้ำเล็กๆ ให้แช่คลายร้อนได้
อาหารเช้า หลากหลายพอสมควร และมีมากพอหายห่วง
การบริการและการต้อนรับ จัดว่าเยี่ยมครับ :)

10-11 สิงหาคม ได้ใช้ promotion ของบัตร KTC ในการจองห้องพักที่เซ้นทารา เพื่อพาแม่ไป chill out 1 วัน/1คืน
ได้ห้อง 2 Bedroom ที่แสนจะประทับใจในตัวห้องพัก กับเตียงนอนใหญ่ๆ ทั้ง king bed & Twin bed ที่กว้างมากๆ เป็นห้อง connect เปิดประตูหากันได้ เหมาะกับครอบครัวที่จะมาพักผ่อน เปลี่ยนสถานที่นอน การต้อนรับตั้งแต่ รปภ-bell boy-Front Desk-ห้องอาหาร ให้บริการแบบพนักงานที่มี service mind มากๆ สระว่ายน้ำเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ห้อง fitness โอเคมากๆเลยล่ะ เสียอย่างเดียววันที่เราเข้าพัก ไฟฟ้าตึกใหม่ ดับตั้งแต่ สามโมงถึงสองทุ่มครึ่ง โรงแรมไม่มีมาตราการใดๆให้กับแขก นอกจากให้นั่งร้อนๆมืดๆ ถึงจะเป็นเรื่องสุดวิสัย แต่ก็ควรมีมาตราการรองรับด้วยนะ อยู่ใจกลางพัทยาแท้ๆ
แต่ยังคงประทับใจกับที่พัก คราวหน้าจองเกาะช้าง... คงได้รับการต้อนรับดีๆเช่นกัน
