ความพึงพอใจและข้อเสนอแนะ. พนักงานต้อนรับและแผนกอื่นๆดีมากค่ะ แต่ห้องพักยังไม่เหมาะสมกับราคา ห้องพักเล็กไปหน่อย เคยเข้าพัก3ครั้งค่ะ พักห้องดีลักซ์2ครั้ง ห้องเล็กเกินไป. ส่วนครั้งล่าสุด พนง. อัพเกรดห้องให้เป็นห้องที่มีห้องนั่งเล่นแยกและมีอ่างอาบน้ำแต่อยู่อีกตึกนึง ห้องนั้นโอเคแต่ราคาก็แรงขึ้นไปอีก. ส่วนที่จอดรถใต้ตึกมีน้อยสำหรับวันหยุดยาวที่มีคนเข้าพักเยอะจะต้องมีการจอดรอบ รร. บ้าง

บริการดี พนักงานคอยใส่ใจลูกค้าตลอดแม้แต่เรื่องเล็กๆ อยู่ไม่ไกลจากทะเลมาก สะดวกสบายดีค่ะ ได้คุณภาพตามเซ็นทารา แต่ติดนิดเดียวโทรทัศน์ที่ห้องดูช่องของไทยได้เพียงไม่กี่ช่อง อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้หน่อยจะดีมากค่ะ
