We were delighted to know that there were many positive elements during your stay, especially the prime location of the hotel at the central of Pattaya city, we are fortunate to be located in the heart of the shopping district, opposite to the Central Marina shopping mall, 5 mins walk to the beach and other attraction lines nearby. We would agree that our rooftop pool and sky bar creates a unique, relaxing and fun way of exploring some of the major sights of Pattaya views, as it is one of the highlights of our hotel. Your kind and generous words are greatly appreciated.

Regarding the cigarette smell issue in your room which you have raised in the comment, we had also well noted and shared this with our House Service Department to identify the problems for our hotel future improvement. Please kindly accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. In addition, our hotel also has a very strong design element to it and it is understandable that the layout of the bathroom door is not to everyone's liking, but it is guaranteed to be interesting and different. We truly hope that you can give us another opportunity to turn your experience around.
