In regards to the hotel facilities, I have well noted the fact that the overall designs along with accommodation facilities have not met your expectations. We have started to mildly renovate several floors in the past few months and are planning to pursue this renovation process.
Please rest assured that your feedback regarding the breakfast has been conveyed to our Food and Beverage Manager and our Executive Chef, who are taking the necessary actions in order to improve the dining experience and the quality of the buffet.
