แขกที่เข้าพักส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวตะวันออกกลาง เราจึงคิดว่ามันไม่ค่อยปลอดภัยเท่าไร เค้าพูดกันเสียงดังมาก แล้วก็นั่งดื่มเหล้ากันแบบไม่ปิดประตูห้องพัก ทำให้เวลาเราเดินเข้าเดินออกจากห้องคือเค้ารู้ ประตูห้องน้ำพังได้น่าอนาถมากค่ะ ภาพรวมข้างล่างตรงรีเซฟชั่น สระว่ายน้ำดีมาก บรรยากาศดี

We are sad to read that you did not fully enjoy your stay due to other guests that you found offending. Unfortunately, as this already happened we can not offer you any more an room change to be in an quieter or more private part of our building. Generally we will try to get all guests to get an enjoyable stay together, but unfortunately due to cultural back grounds, some might perceive another nationality negatively due to language barrier and different body language, which we can of course not control.

ไปพักที่นั่น 5 วัน 4 คืน ห้องพักกว้างดีค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำสวยดีค่ะ เหมาะกับการไปพักผ่อนมาก
ข้อเสีย
- วันที่ 3 ของการแม่บ้านไม่เอาน้ำดื่มไว้ให้ ซึ่งปกติจะได้วันละ 2 ขวด จึงโทรไปสอบถาม แต่พนักงานแจ้งว่าจะเช็คแม่บ้านให้ แล้วก็เงียบหายไปเลย
- Wifi ใช้งานไม่ได้ แต่พอแจ้งแล้ว ก็ส่งเจ้าหน้าที่มีดูแล แก้ไขให้ใช้การได้ทันที
- วันสุดท้้ายก่อยเช็คเอาท์ น้ำรั่วจากเพดาน น่าจะเป็นน้ำจากท่อแอร์ หยดลงมานองพื้นห้อง

โรงแรมโนวา แพลทตินั่ม ตั้งอยู่ทางพัทยาใต้ อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ทางด้านหน้าติดกับถนนใหญ่ (ถ.พัทยาสาย 2) เดินทางสะดวกใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผับ บาร์ ร้านอาหารก็มีมากมาย หรือจะเลือกเดินเล่นและช้อปปิ้งที่ Walking Street ก็ไปไม่ไกล นอกจากนี้โรงแรมยังอยู่ใกล้กับท่าเรือแหลมบาลีฮายด้วยนะคะ ที่นี่ มีที่จอดรถสะดวกสบายมีเพียงพอ เราจองโรงแรมนี้ โดยใช้โปรโมชั่น 1 Free 1 จากบัตรเครดิต ธ.กรุงเทพฯ ค่ะ ห้องที่เราพักเป็นห้อง Superior พร้อมอาหารเช้า (ห้องที่ R6024) ค่ะ ห้องกว้างขวางมาก เงียบสงบ ดูสะอาดตาดีค่ะ มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำครบครัน มีมินิบาร์ชุดกาแฟและน้ำดื่มให้วันละ 2 ขวด (ตามปกติค่ะ) ที่สำคัญเตียง King Size นุ่มมากๆ (หลับสบายจนไม่อยากลุกจากเตียงเลยค่ะ) ส่วนไลน์อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกไม่มาก แต่รสชาติและบรรยากาศริมสระว่ายใช้ได้เลยค่ะ นอกจากนี้ยังมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในโรงแรม เช่น บาร์ริมสระน้ำ รูมเซอร์วิส 24 ชม. สปา ห้องฟิตเนส(ฟรี) และฟรี WiFi ด้วยนะคะ

พาเด็กๆ มาเล่นน้ำ สนุกสนานสมใจ สระว่ายน้ำสวย มีสไลด์เดอร์ให้เด็กเล่น
แต่บางช่วงมีแขกต่างชาติวัยรุ่น เล่นแบบคึกคะนอง น่ากลัว.. ยังดีที่เจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมคอยดูแล และกำกับให้ตลอด
บริการของทางโรงแรมดี ใส่ใจผู้เข้าพัก
อาหารเช้าควรมาทานสายๆ หากไม่รีบ เพราะกรุ๊ปทัวร์มักจะมาตอนเช้าและค่อนข้างวุ่นวาย
