In this writing we would like to apologise for the problem you met while you stayed here and I would like to give our some idea from us also to ensure that the information more clearly.
First, we located in Westlake side - we are very famous with the views looking out the Lake - And the westlake is about 7 km from the Old quater, this kind of information we stated on webpage. From our Hotel to the central of Old quater, it will cost you maximum 120.000 VND(around 5 dolar)/way.

Because of unseen case happened when we fixed the second floor to improve the massage area that is reason why the noise and smell made you uncomfortable. The room was ready for you but we wanted to make sure the smell of drains was not effected to our guests. It leaded to you for checking in 45 minutes later. In the afternon in Sept 19, everything was fixed and our Hotel is in very good condition now.

When we received your comments, we checked all the thing which appeared and we already changed the towels. Now, there are two shower towels, two wash towels and two hand towels. The staff who spoke little English may be was a Bellman helper so we highly took your comment to improve their English skills.On the date you stayed we have an Asia breakfast style - May be they did not suit you.
