Thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedbacks and for staying with us in the Ibis Vientiane Nam Phu.

Every visitors found that prices of many items in Vientiane are higher than their expectation. Visitors think that Laos is yet developed country hence cost of living will be cheaper. Unfortunately it is totally wrong and many items are much higher than Thailand, and cost of living in Vientiane is higher as well. This because mainly Laos don’t produce anything and have to use imported items only. Many of merchandises purchase items from Thailand, Vietnam and China and sell in Laos, by adding import duties and their margin.
Our hotel also use imported items for almost for everything.

With regard to the parking, we only have limited parking space and wish to offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I understand that generally you were happy with your facilities and services and it was enjoyable stay. I look forward to the next opportunity to welcome you back to the ibis vientiane Nam Phu.
