As the cleanliness of our hotel is a key priority, I am very sorry to learn that our guestroom fell short of your expectations. I have addressed the housekeeping issues with my housekeeping manager for him to follow up with his team to improve our service.
I am very grad to know that you enjoyed our new well-equipped room with a comfortable bed. I also found the plugs on both side of the bed extremely convenient and we have many guests complimenting us on this great feature.
