We are happy for staying with us at Basecamp Masai Mara and taking your time to share with us your experience.

Basecamp Masai Mara is an Eco Rated Camp that operates on an Eco friendly model. The camp is designed to blend in with the natural environment having low impact to the ecosystem. We have initiated several environmental management programs specifically on water, energy and waste management with the aim of promoting sustainable tourism while at the same time empowering the local people.

We have noted your concerns regarding lighting in the restaurant, and have come up with an improvement plan. We are also in the process of upgrading all our Tents adding an inside bathroom. We value your feedback about any improvements that can be made in order to provide the best services possible, keeping a high level of satisfaction to all our guests.
