Thank you for taking the time and sharing with us your experience during your stay in our hotel. I do apologize that we were not able to meet your expectation. I have investigate the shortfall with our Director of Operations and Front Office team to avoid a similar situation in the near future. As the shortfall you described could have been easily avoided if a thorough room check would have been conducted prior releasing the room. I have shared your comments with the concierge & culinary team. They are very pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the services they have offered to you and your family.
