ในห้องพักมี Wifi ที่สัญญาณแรงมาให้ใช้ฟรี และยังมี Smart Phone ให้ใช้ฟรี ทั้งโทรออกและ Internet แบบ Unlimited ตลอดช่วงเวลาที่เข้าพัก สามารถพกพาออกไปทุกที่ได้อย่างอิสระ
การบริการของพนักงานถือว่าดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี ละแวกใกล้เคียงก็มีร้านอาหารค่อนข้างหลากหลาย อาหารญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี fastfood สำหรับเด็กๆ ร้านกาแฟน่ารักๆ อย่าง Charlie Brown Cafe ร้าน Sushi ชื่อดังอย่าง Sushi One
ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้าน Sasa มีอยู่รอบๆ โรงแรมเช่นเดียวกัน
หากมีโอกาสมาฮ่องกงพร้อมกับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กเล็ก
