We were bitterly upset to learn of the dissatisfaction that you had pinpointed in the deficiency of service delivered by our front line staff during check-in and the breakfast which had been directed to our prompt attention and follow up for improvement in these areas. Whereas with regard to your comment on the internet usage at the lobby, your reservation was provided with free wifi usage, yet, the charges for the service every half an hour at the internet booth on the pc's in the lobby are to prevent the misuse of it and for the convenience of guests.
