Thank you for taking the time to write your review on Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore. We’re glad that you had a pleasant stay with us in general. We appreciate your feedback and as you know we are in the midst of upgrading and refurbishing our hotel facilities and also our guest rooms. On another note, the windows are permanently locked for safety and security reasons. We do suggest our guests who wish to smoke to use the smoking area on the 4th floor with access to fresh air. We would also like to correct the information regarding the swimming pool closure as it will only be temporarily closed for 3 weeks, starting on the 26 September 2011. We have already arranged with swimming pools nearby as to be able to propose a solution for all customers wishing to go to a swimming pool. We look forward to seeing you again during your next visit to Singapore.
