Thank you for visit to Hard Rock Café Bali. And I appreciate your comments on Trip Advisor and I personally wanted to respond to your post regarding luxury atmosphere rock band and fun.

Pricing of our products is always difficult for us in Bali for we are part of a worldwide chain that has very high standards for the quality of food, drink and merchandise that is sold. Most all of our main ingredients, such as French fries, beef, dairy, most liquor and all retail merchandise is imported into Bali from outside Indonesia due to these high quality standards. We only use the highest quality beef and dairy products from Australia so unfortunately , our prices will reflect more similar to Europe/Australia than the local food establishments who use locally grown products. Our menu just doesn’t represent these types of products.

Again I thank you so much for bringing this to my attention so that we could further strengthen our shortcomings and continue to strive for the best. And hope to see you again on next visit to Bali island,
