I could pass on the hard-as-a-plank bed and cold, stale tasting breakfast for which they charge exorbitant price. But what bothers me is that they advertise amenities which are simply not there.
Balcony? Nowhere to be seen, certainly not in the room.
Kitchenette? Not there. Not only that, they don't even want you to bring food in the room.
Tourist info desk? They don't even have pamphlet.
Massage service? Forget it, they send you outside thinking you want sex.
Shuttle service? The guy at the desk didn't even know what I was talking about. Then again, their "multilingual staff" didn't seem to understand much English at all.
On the plus side, the rooms are clean, internet is free and work alright and the Jakjeong metro station is a 3 minutes walk. OK for a one night stay if you don't mind sleeping on a pallet of bricks.
