Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your valuable comments through tripadvisor following our service shortfalls during your last stay here at the Sheraton Incheon Hotel.
Please accept my sincerest apologies for all the inconvenience caused.
We pride ourselves for offering our guests comfort, personalized service and a most enjoyable stay and we have clearly failed to deliver to you such an experience. Please be informed that I have met today with the departments concerned and reviewed with them the circumstances and our responses that lead to such an unsatisfactory occasion. The in-depth meeting did include proper counseling and coaching in order to ensure that such service shortfall won't happen again in the future.
Here at Sheraton Incheon Hotel we are committed to continuously making improvements to our facilities and services in order to enhance the level of comfort of our guests and their experience. I welcome and very much appreciate feedback, as only this will make us better.
